TWin line
TWin is an integrated line for window sash and frame elements processing that, starting from moulded and eventually painted elements, carries out all the operations to abtain the finished elements ready for assembling.
Some of the operations normally performed are:
- Routing and boring for hardware
- Automatic hardware mounting
- Anuba hinges mounting
- Gasket inserting
Each part of the line can also be supplied as a stand-alone machine to be integrated in existing lines; AMS fully integrated lines reduce handling operations in the factory and are very compact.
A PC based supervision system, which integrates a soft-PLC/NC system and a clear and straightforward operator interface, controls the whole line and allows easy integration with IT system to import production batches from file.
