Clips mounting on wood-aluminum windows production becomes fast and precise with 4Clips; one or more operating units, moved by 2 controlled axis and equipped with feeding system and automatic screwdriver, fix the clips in the right positions according to the programmed pattern.
As usual AMS provides tailor-made solutions designed according to the specific production needs of the customer. Depending on capacity required, 4 Clips can be supplied either as a stand-alone machine (with in-feed/out-feed buffers) or can be put in line with other machinery.
