Sealsystem-P
Sealsystem-P is our solution for automatic gasket insertion on door frame profiles. It can be equipped with up to 4 gasket controlled-feeding systems each suppling its own gasket inserion unit. Automatic swap from one inserting unit to another provides long endurance and high flexibility to manage different colors in sequence with no action required from the operator. Inserting units are moved by a controlled axis according to the geometry of the piece to be processed thus obtaining high felxibility and productivity.
Sealsystem-P can be supplied either as a stand-alone machine (with in-feed/out-feed buffers) or can be put in line with other machinery.
