FA series
FA series is the ideal choice in terms of efficiency, flexibility and reduced footprint to automate in-feed and out-feed operation of machinery from/to stacks in particular when it comes to handling panels, frames or profiles. Main features of FA series are:
- Reduced footprint both horizontal and vertical; very easy installation on pre-existing production lines
- Good dynamics and precision of movements made on linear roller guides driven by inverter and encoder
- High flexibility with gripping units designed for the specific use: variable configuration according to load geometry and size range, with clamps or vacuum bars, fixed or rotating
- Customization with the possibility to equip the machine with many optional devices such as panel detaching system, automatic load size measurement, bar-code or RFID data readers...
FA suits very well those situations where available space for automation is very limited or it is desirable to maintain the possibility of comfortable and easy manual loading/unloading of machinery, having therefore as little obstructions as possible.
